PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – PRIVATE SESSION DISCOUNT OFFER These Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotional Terms”) apply to the discounted private session offer run by Imperial Personal Management Ltd (“IPM Acting Academy”, “IPM”, “us”, “we”, “our”). These Promotional Terms operate in addition toIPM’s standard Private Classes Terms & Conditions. Where there is any conflict, the standard Terms & Conditions shall take precedence except where explicitly stated otherwise for this promotion. By participating in this promotional offer, you agree to be bound by both the standard IPM ACTING ACADEMY Terms & Conditions found here and these Promotional Terms.
1. General 1.1 This promotion provides a limited-time discount on Private Acting Sessions (“the Class”). 1.2 The discount is available to both new/non-members and existing members as set out in Sections 2 and 3. 1.3 IPM reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend the promotion at any time without liability. 1.4 All bookings remain subject to availability. 2. Discount Offer – Standard Pricing (Non-Members) 2.1 The following promotional discount applies to all non-members during the offer period:
25% off a 30-minute private session (normally £50; discounted price £37.50)
25% off a 1-hour private session (normally £80; discounted price £60)
2.2 The discount will be applied at the point of booking and must be paid in advance in line with clause 2 of our standard Terms & Conditions. 2.3 This discount cannot be combined with any other offer unless specifically stated. 2.4 Sessions must be booked within the promotional period. IPM reserves the right to specify final booking and usage dates. 2.5 The discount applies to single-session purchases only and does not apply to subscriptions or packages unless stated. 3. Additional Discount Offer – Existing Members 3.1 Existing members are eligible for an additional 25% discount on their already-discounted member rates for private one-off sessions. 3.2 The member rates, before the additional 25% promotional discount, are:
25% off a 30-minute private session (normally £45; discounted price £33.75)
25% off a 60-minute private session (normally £70; discounted price £52.50)
3.3 The promotional member prices during this offer are:
30-minute session: £45 → £33.75
1-hour session: £70 → £52.50 3.4 This additional discount is exclusive to active members who hold a current, paid academy membership at the time of booking. 3.5 Member status will be verified at booking. Any booking made without valid membership status will be charged at the standard promotional price outlined in Section 2. 3.6 The member discount cannot be transferred, shared, or applied retrospectively.
4. Booking, Cancellations, and Changes 4.1 All bookings made under this promotion remain subject to the booking, cancellation, refund, and movement rules outlined in IPM’s standard Private Session Terms & Conditions (Section 4). 4.2 Promotional discounts do not alter refund amounts. Any refunds issued will reflect the price actually paid. 4.3 If a session booked under this promotion is rescheduled outside the promotional period, IPM reserves the right to decline or amend the discount if necessary. 5. Payment and Validity 5.1 Full payment must be made at the time of booking to secure the discounted rate. 5.2 The promotional discount is valid only for the dates specified by IPM and may be limited to one or more specific time periods. 5.3 Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or credit and cannot be applied to past bookings. 5.4 If IPM cancels a session for operational reasons, the customer may reschedule at the discounted rate, or request a refund of the amount paid. 6. Misuse of Offer 6.1 IPM reserves the right to refuse or revoke any booking made using the discount if we believe misuse, misrepresentation, or fraudulent activity has occurred. 6.2 Any abuse of the member-only additional discount may result in the booking being cancelled and the price difference charged. 7. Limitation of Liability 7.1 Nothing in these Promotional Terms shall alter IPM’s liability provisions as stated in Section 6 of the standard Terms & Conditions. 7.2 IPM shall not be liable for any inability to redeem the offer due to technical issues, availability limitations, or participant error. 8. Acceptance of Promotional Terms 8.1 By booking a private session under this promotion, you acknowledge and agree to these Promotional Terms. 8.2 IPM’s standard Private Class Terms & Conditions continue to apply in full.
