TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions constitute a Promotional Offers & Gift Vouchers agreement between you and Imperial Personal Management Ltd (Registered Office 102 Kirkstall Road, Leeds, LS31JA registered in England under no. 6258074). The terms ‘IPM Acting Academy’, ’IPM, ‘us’, ‘ours’ or ‘we’ are used herein to refer to Imperial Personal Management Ltd. The terms ‘you’, ‘your’ and ‘attendee’ refer to the name of the Booking Individual upon purchasing a gift voucher or booking with a promotional offer with ‘IPM Acting Academy’.
 
SESSION & BOOKING DETAILS
Promotional Offers and Vouchers Opportunities are available year round are are redeemable/bookable by the recipient within 6 months of purchase. With the exception of Christmas, New Years and Bank Holidays.

• The recipient of the Private Session or Assessment Session voucher is to contact IPM Acting Academy to book their session. Any one under 18 are to have a parent/guardian book and confirm their session. 
• Studio doors are open to class members 30 Minutes prior to the Group classes & 10 minutes prior to Private Sessions. Any arrivals prior to this time will be kindly asked to return within the allotted time.
• Attendees are suggested to wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing and shoes to the sessions for comfort of participation. Unless otherwise requested for Self Tape, Character Work or at the Tutors discretion.
• Attendees are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to Group Classes or Private Session  for a short introduction.
• You are asked to bring, photo I.D. and/or Your Voucher as proof of purchase
• Private Session or Assessment Session vouchers are redeemable by the recipient of the gift voucher within 6 months of purchase.
• All IPM sessions start promptly, if you are aware you are going to be late please forewarn the office immediately; giving as much notice as possible. Texts or calls can be sent to 07961 513 951

HEADSHOT VOUCHER DETAILS

• Headshot vouchers are redeemable by the recipient of the gift voucher within 6 months of purchase.
• Confirmation of booking with outline for wardrobe/outfits, hair and make-up will be sent to the recipient following bookings via email and over the phone.
• Consultation of outfits and shots will be provided upon arrival to your session
• Outfit options are require, IPM is not responsible for providing outfits for photography sessions.
• Bookings are subject to photographer availability (Please See Bookings)
• All photography sessions include 3 final edits
• Add-on options for additional edits are available upon request and on the day.

 BOOKINGS

• We require a minimum of 48 hours notice of your booked Group Class or Private Session for prep and confirmation protocol.
• Urgent Private sessions are available upon request via phone by calling 0113 244 3222.
• The recipient of any gift vouchers are required to book their session with IPM by calling 0113 244 3222 and will be asked to produce the voucher upon arrival prior to any session.
• Confirmation of all bookings will be given via email
• Taster Sessions/Assessments Session Vouchers are not redeemable for existing members. Existing class members can find Exclusive Opportunities and Promotional Offers on Your Members Area

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS & VOUCHER PAYMENTS

• All Voucher fees are to be made upon order via the Square Payment Links on the purchasing page.
• Confirmation email will follow once details have reach the administration team at IPM.

​PROMOTIONAL DRAWS

• To be submitted, a class must be attended, or a service booked and completed, with reference to the draw name in the booking or enquiry form.
• A draw will only be completed once a submission of 50 names have been given to IPM.
• Once a draw deadline has closed, anyone who submits following the deadline will not qualify for the prize draw.

CANCELLATIONS

• IPM Acting Academy Assessment session vouchers/offers are non-refundable.
• IPM Acting Academy private session vouchers/offers are non-refundable if session is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the start time.

Parking
Pay & Display is available on Kirkstall Road opposite IPM Studios I02 Kirkstall Road, LS3 1JA.

Disclaimer

If you feel uncomfortable with any of the class exercises/games/modules you agree to inform the class teacher immediately. Whilst every effort will be made by IPM Acting Academy to make sure you are safe and out of reasonable danger, you agree to take full responsibility for yourself, knowing your own limitations you are considered to be in charge of yourself and for everything that happens to you in relation to the acting classes at studio and when out filming on location.

Medical Conditions

You should inform IPM Acting Academy of any medical conditions you think we may need to know, please give details of conditions or allergies including: food/drink, medicines etc

Data Protection and Your Information

The personal data included in the enrolement form will be ‘Processed’ (as such terms are defined in the Data Protection Act 2018) by IPM: IPM Acting Academy, for the purpose of administration, research and for the administration of IPM: IPM Acting Academy. IPM Acting Academy will not disclose this information to third parties for marketing purposes, but may itself provide you with company marketing information.

 By booking your Assessment or Private Session with IPM Acting Academy you are deemed to consent to the use of such personal data for the above purposes and agree to adhere to our Terms & Condition’s set out above.
