TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions constitute a Private Session Booking/Selftape Booking agreement between you and Imperial Personal Management Ltd (Registered Office 102 Kirkstall Road, Leeds, LS31JA registered in England under no. 6258074). The terms ‘IPM Acting Academy’, ’IPM, ‘us’, ‘ours’ or ‘we’ are used herein to refer to Imperial Personal Management Ltd. The terms ‘you’, ‘your’ and ‘attendee’ refer to the name of the Booking Individual, upon booking the session with ‘IPM Acting Academy’.
By entering our website you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of use thereof. The placement of an order online for the purchase of our Private Class/Self tape Services indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Booking Terms and Conditions
1. General Issues
1.1 These Booking Terms and Conditions apply to the booking of the IPM product(s) ("the Class").
1.2 These Booking Terms and Conditions contain important information concerning participation by you and, accordingly, you acknowledge and agree that you shall ensure that if you are booking on behalf of a child that they are aware of and accept these Booking Terms and Conditions.
1.3 No variation to these Booking Terms and Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing by IPM.
1.4 Any typographical clerical or other error or omission in any booking confirmation or other documentation issued by IPM (including any electronic documentation) shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of IPM.
2. Booking confirmation
2.1 No booking shall be deemed to have been accepted until payment is provided in advance.
2.2 These Booking Terms and Conditions incorporate IPM’s Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
2.3 You must advise IPM as soon as possible of any mistake in IPM’s booking confirmation. IPM shall use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that your private class commences at the time booked and it shall be the responsibility of each participant to ensure that they arrive in sufficient time. Late arrivals may not be permitted to undertake the class and no refunds or compensation will be payable in such circumstances.
3. Clothing
3.1 It shall be the responsibility of all participants to ensure that they are dressed appropriately. IPM advises participants to wear suitable clothing.
3.2 Attendees are suggested to wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing and shoes to the sessions for comfort of participation. Unless otherwise requested for Self Tape, Character Work or at the Tutors discretion.
4. Moving bookings, cancellations, and refunds
4.1 Up to 7 days prior to your activity date you can cancel an existing booking and receive a full refund, minus the booking fee. You can also amend your booking free of charge. In the event of a booking being previously moved or changed within 7 days of the activity but subsequently attempted to be cancelled, where the revised date is greater than 7 days prior, the companies 48 hour refund and cancellation process (1.5.1b) will take precedence.
4.2 Up to 48 hours prior to your booking, a refund will not be possible. You can move the class date, if there is availability or the amount can be kept on file valid for 3 months. This will incur a £5 administration charge. Any requests to move or cancel must be made by contacting the office.
4.3 Within 48 hours of the booking date, if IPM are operational, you will not be entitled to move your booking, or receive any refunds for cancellations.
4.4 Should IPM feel it’s necessary to cancel your booking, it shall use reasonable endeavours to notify you as soon as possible. You shall be entitled to a full refund in the event of cancellation under this clause, but no other compensation shall be payable. You will initially be offered alternative times or dates to return within three months and rescheduled free of charge. In such circumstances, you will not be entitled to a refund, in part or whole.
4.5 Refunds will be returned to the same card where possible or we may require bank details for the refund to be processed.
4.6 If IPM is forced to close due to COVID-19. Should your booking not be able to proceed, we will be happy to, free of charge, reschedule for a future date, or arrange a credit for the full value of your booking, redeemable within 12 months. Whilst we hope you will support us by rescheduling, a refund will also be possible.
5. Price and Payment
5.1 Subject to any terms agreed in writing between IPM and you, our charges shall be calculated at our current rates and payment in full shall be due at the time of booking. The charges include the cost of purchasing the class/selftape session. Payment may be made by card online – exceptions can be made to pay in person if required.
5.2 The class fees are correct on website on booking form.
5.3 Should you agree to a subscription, a minimum of 6 class payments are required, subscriptions terms are set out in section 12.
5.4 If a product is advertised at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or a supplier error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order whether or not said order has been confirmed. In such a case we will make you aware of this and a full refund will be given, if required. All Product and Services prices are shown in pounds sterling and are inclusive of the current standard rate at the time of booking.
6. Liabilities
6.1 Except as otherwise provided in these Booking Terms and Conditions IPM shall not be responsible for the loss, or damage, of or to any property/vehicle or to any person arising from the booking of, or participation in the class.
6.2 Parking facilities are available at the site, and any vehicles are left at the owners’ risk and subject to any conditions and the payment of any fees as may be required by the provider of such facilities at the site location.
6.3 Except as otherwise provided in these Booking Terms and Conditions any liability of IPM shall be limited to the refund of any charges paid to IPM.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1 If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and continue to be binding and enforceable.
7.2 Nothing above shall confer on any third party any benefit or the right to enforce any of these Booking Terms and Conditions.
7.3 These Booking Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with UK laws.
8. Content
8.1 Although IPM will do their best to ensure the accuracy of all information within this website, we shall not be liable for damages of any kind resulting from the use of this site.

10. Complaint
10.1 If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the service you have received, please contact us via email [email protected]. Your email will be investigated immediately with the site and health and safety team. We aim to respond within 28 days but will keep you informed if it is likely to take longer. Details of all complaints will be reviewed so we can continue to improve our customer service.

12. Subscription
12.1 To qualify for the subscription reduction on class price, you must commit to a 3 month period with the private classes. The is a minimum booking of 6 consecutive classes – paid weekly via our membership platform Coacha (payments taken via GoCardless).
12.2 Should you wish to cancel the subscription early then the amount for the classes will still be required for the minimum of 6 classes for the full duration. The alternative would be to pay the difference between the discounted amount and the full price for the classes already undertaken.
13.Disclaimer
13.1 If you feel uncomfortable with any of the class exercises/games/modules you agree to inform the class teacher immediately. Whilst every effort will be made by IPM Acting Academy to make sure you are safe and out of reasonable danger, you agree to take full responsibility for yourself, knowing your own limitations you are considered to be in charge of yourself and for everything that happens to you in relation to the acting classes at studio and when out filming on location.
14. Medical Conditions
14.1 You should inform us of any medical conditions you think we may need to know, please give details of conditions or allergies including: food/drink, medicines etc upon enrolment.
15. Additional
15.1 Smoking: Smoking and the use of vapes is prohibited in all areas of IPM premises.
15.2 Pets: No pets are permitted on IPM premises or its grounds, with the exception of registered working assistance dogs.
15.3 Social Media: We operate a safe environment for our staff and guests, we are always conscious of the content we acquire for IPM social media and hold the rights for all content. As part of that safe environment we ask all class members to use social media in an appropriate manner, having regard to other individual’s privacy. Any use of social media identifying our staff or our class members, IPM hold the right to request anything required, if not removed this will be taken as a serious breach of these terms and conditions and may result in your membership being terminated.
15.4 Data Protection and Your Information, The personal data included in this form will be ‘Processed’ (as such terms are defined in the Data Protection Act 2018) by IPM, for the purpose of administration, research and for the administration of IPM. will not disclose this information to third parties for marketing purposes but may itself provide you with company marketing information. You are deemed to consent to the use of such personal data for the above purposes and agree to adhere to IPM Terms & Condition’s.
